HISTORY

Guacamole is part of the OLE Hospitality Group located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Guacamole started in 2012 in the east end of Louisville bringing new flavors to Mexican cuisine. With our recent move the Nulu District in downtown, we have re-imagined the menu, added more seats, and transformed the dining experience into something unforgettable. Come be apart of our family and experience a little taste of Mexico in the Midwest.
